  • Mindset - Find greater agency in your life by realizing there’s plenty of time in the day and the problems we experience really aren’t problems at all unless we wish them to be so.

  • Values - Make sure you’re shooting at the right target. Putting a thousand darts into the wrong dartboard will never help, but putting one in the direction you care about is a start to fulfillment.
